VESA Mount Adapter

VESA comes in 75 × 75 mm and 100 × 100 mm, and sooner or later you have an arm in one pattern and a monitor in the other. An adapter plate bridges them — but be honest about load, because this part is all that holds a monitor to a wall.

Fits: VESA 75 × 75 and 100 × 100 mm

Make this one yours. Cadio generates it to your measurements — change the size, slot count, or angle by describing what you need.

What actually matters

  • Be conservative. This part holds a monitor off a wall — 70% infill and five perimeters is not overkill, it is the minimum for something you sit under.
  • For monitors over about 6 kg, buy a metal adapter. There is a point where printed plastic is the wrong answer and this is it.
  • Check screw length. Too long and you bottom out in the monitor's threads and crack the housing.

Questions

Is a printed VESA adapter safe?

For a light monitor in PETG with high infill, yes. For anything heavy, or above a desk you sit at, use metal.

Which screws do I need?

M4 for both 75 and 100 mm patterns. Length depends on your monitor — measure the thread depth.

Need it in a different size, or with more slots?
